Google G1 Phone To Be Released 30th Oct 2008

The official UK release date for the Google G1 phone will be 30th October 2008, when it will be available exclusively from T-Mobile. Clearly this phone is pitched directly at the iPhone, offering high speed mobile broadband connectivity, a 3in touchscreen and a full qwerty keyboard. The Google G1 is the first to feature Google's new mobile platform called Google Android. The phone comes ready to go with your favourite applications such as Search, IM, E-mail, Google Talk and Facebook Apps, but you will also be able to choose the apps you need from the Google Android marketplace.
